A bit minimal, because of being away:
Today's lunch, ingredients hunted and gathered by partner: monkfish fillets, which I decided to cook whole, teriyaki-ish - okay, but I think I should have used dark soy sauce rather than tamari; with crinkly sweet potato oven fries, okra simmered in coconut milk with ginger, green coriander and a splash of nam pla fish sauce, garlic-roasted tenderstem broccoli, and padron peppers.
