Zombie Florence visits the Exposition

According to the guidebook, the Central Post Office, erected 1913, includes sculpted heads of important attendees at the Ghent International Exhibition held that year.
Including the Lady with the Lamp -
Even if she hadn't expired in 1910, Florence, famed bedridden invalid for decades, not to mention of seriously advanced years, 90+, was surely in no shape to go jaunting off to Belgium on a jolly.
Other sources suggest the heads are actually the members of the International Postal Union Board, and the mysterious female figure on a different bit of the building was either the architect's lover, or a tribute to Nightingale as the founder of modern nursing.
However, I offer the notion of Zombie Health Reformer and Pioneer Medical Statistician to anyone who feels moved to develop this intriguing notion further...
