Have now taken the decision to (pro tem) subscribe to everyone with a Dreamwidth account who subscribes to me, but to restrict access, for the moment, to people what I already know (virtually or in rl).

Is there a particular reason you list Afghanistan among your interests?

I once had work reasons for becoming minorly expert on its history, and around 30 years ago I actually spent several weeks there on professionally related business: my photos, which I finally scanned last year, can be seen in these posts.
