This week's bread: a loaf of Dove's Farm Organic Seedhouse Bread Flour, nice as ever.
Saturday breakfast rolls: brown grated apple, with Marriage's Light Spelt Flour, and the final drain of maple syrup in the bottle, turned out very well.
Today's lunch: wild pigeon breasts cooked thus (could possibly have reduced the marinade a bit more), served with kasha, garlic-roasted purple tenderstem broccoli, and teenage leeks vinaigrette (dressing of olive oil, white wine and grain mustard, and without the breadcrumbs).
